Group Encryption: Non-interactive Realization in the Standard Model

چکیده
Group encryption (GE) schemes, introduced at Asiacrypt’07, are an encryption analogue of group signatures with a number of interesting applications. They allow a sender to encrypt a message (in the CCA2 security sense) for some member of a PKI group concealing that member’s identity (in a CCA2 security sense, as well); the sender is able to convince a verifier that, among other things, the ciphertext is valid and some anonymous certified group member will be able to decrypt the message. As in group signatures, an opening authority has the power of pinning down the receiver’s identity. The initial GE construction uses interactive proofs as part of the design (which can be made non-interactive using the random oracle model) and the design of a fully non-interactive group encryption system is still an open problem. In this paper, we give the first GE scheme, which is a pure encryption scheme in the standard model, i.e., a scheme where the ciphertext is a single message and proofs are noninteractive (and do not employ the random oracle heuristic). As a building block, we use a new public key certification scheme which incurs the smallest amount of interaction, as well.

Practical Functional Encryption for Bilinear Forms
We present a practically efficient functional encryption scheme for the class of functionalities that can be expressed via bilinear forms over the integers. Bilinear forms are a general class of quadratic functions that includes, for instance, multivariate quadratic polynomials. Our realization works over asymmetric bilinear groups and is surprisingly simple, efficient and easy to implement. Fo...
متن کاملHardware Implementation of Dynamic S-BOX to Use in AES Cryptosystem
One of the major cipher symmetric algorithms is AES. Its main feature is to use S-BOX step, which is the only non-linear part of this standard possessing fixed structure. During the previous studies, it was shown that AES standard security was increased by changing the design concepts of S-BOX and production of dynamic S-BOX. In this paper, a change of AES standard security is studied by produc...
متن کاملMinimizing Non-interactive Zero-Knowledge Proofs Using Fully Homomorphic Encryption
A non-interactive zero-knowledge proof can be used to demonstrate the truth of a statement without revealing anything else. It has been shown under standard cryptographic assumptions that non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs of membership exist for all languages in NP. However, known non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs of membership of NP-languages yield proofs that are larger than the corre...

متن کاملNon-Malleable Non-Interactive Zero Knowledge and Adaptive Chosen-Ciphertext Security
We introduce the notion of non-malleable noninteractive zero-knowledge (NIZK) proof systems. We show how to transform any ordinary NIZK proof system into one that has strong non-malleability properties. We then show that the elegant encryption scheme of Naor and Yung [NY] can be made secure against the strongest form of chosen-ciphertext attack by using a non-malleable NIZK proof instead of a s...
